Total Truck Parts, Inc., a leading aftermarket truck parts distributor and international broker based in Louisville, Kentucky, faced the challenge of maintaining brand consistency across their diverse sales territories while enabling their sales team to create localized flyers. With a need to streamline the flyer creation process and ensure adherence to brand guidelines, they sought a solution that would empower their team to customize promotional materials efficiently and effectively.

Solution

Digital Mountain Creative partnered with Total Truck Parts, Inc. to develop a comprehensive solution to address their challenges. First, a detailed brand guide was created, outlining brand identity elements, logo usage guidelines, typography, colors, and imagery standards. This guide served as a reference point for maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials. Additionally, a vendor line card was designed to showcase the company's product offerings and partnerships, providing a cohesive representation of their brand to potential clients.

 

To empower the sales team with the ability to create localized flyers while adhering to brand rules, Digital Mountain Creative developed a sales flyer customization platform. This platform allowed for drag-and-drop imagery, custom headline copy, optional pricing, and promotion offer dates.
